Our warehouse is closed all legal US holidays, the week of July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Orders placed during these times – will be processed and shipped upon our return. Order processing on in stock items merchandise ships within 1 to 2 business days.
All prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to correct errors. Quantity pricing applies to the same design and color. Sale and clearance items are limited to stock on hand.
PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and Paypal.
We take great care to pack and ship your order in top condition. However, in cases of loss or damage, the responsibility for delivering that package in that same condition is accepted by the freight carrier and you must immediately file a claim with the carrier.
COLOR ACCURACY: Colors online and in flyers may vary from the actual item. All efforts are made with photography, editing and printing to provide accurate color reproduction. If a color match is needed please send a sample for color matching. Ribbon, lace and thread may vary from one batch to another from our suppliers which may vary the shade or depth of color of product. Order accordingly.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Minimum orders are required, materials in stock please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Materials ordered for product please allow 4 to 6 weeks. Custom dying or laces shipping time is subject to availability and minimum orders of product and subject to that time table. Please contact our customer service for more information and receiving a quote.
RETURN POLICY: Claims for defective, damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must have prior authorization from our customer service. Special order merchandise is not returnable. Merchandise must be unused, in its unopened original packaging. Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its brand new resalable condition. Unless a product is defective or damaged, customer is responsible for and must pay freight charges both ways.
Merchandise refused or returned without authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all products must be returned in original packaging and be in resale condition.
